Photographer and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for using galleries and content only as authorized and for providing accurate information when booking or communicating through LumisPixel.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse LumisPixel, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
You must follow applicable laws and any reasonable product-specific guidelines we provide.
User Content and Uploaded Photos
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant LumisPixel the limited permissions needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content through requested services.
You represent that you have the rights, releases, and permissions necessary to upload and share photographs and other content.
AI Features and Generated Content
AI-assisted features may analyze, organize, edit, search, or generate content based on materials and instructions you provide.
AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or delivering them.
Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions
Paid features may require a valid payment method and will be billed according to the plan, pricing, and renewal terms shown at purchase.
You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes. Cancellation, refund, and plan-change details will be presented with the relevant offering.
Intellectual Property
LumisPixel and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, designs, and other materials provided by us, excluding user content.
These terms give you a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership of LumisPixel intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
LumisPixel may connect with third-party tools for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, or other functionality.
