Yes. You can start with the Free plan or explore Pro and Studio features during a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started.
Yes. The Free plan does not expire. You can use its included features for as long as you need and upgrade when your business requires more capacity or tools.
You can choose a paid plan or continue with the features available in the Free plan. You will not be charged unless you select a subscription and provide payment information.
Yes. You can upgrade as your business grows or move to another plan when your needs change.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account. Paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period.
Original uploads, gallery images, videos and other stored media may count toward your storage allowance. Your account dashboard will provide a clear usage summary.
AI allowances are based on images processed through eligible AI tools. Your dashboard will show your usage and available capacity.
Monthly AI allowances do not currently roll over. Enterprise customers may request custom usage arrangements.
Platform and payment-processing fees will be shown clearly before you activate gallery sales. Any LumisPixel fee will be listed separately from payment-provider transaction fees.
Yes. Custom-domain connections are available on Pro, Studio and Enterprise plans.
Studio includes three team members. Additional seats and custom team arrangements will be available for qualifying accounts.
Import tools will support standard migrations. Assisted migration may be available for qualifying Studio and Enterprise accounts.
